Finishing and assembly
Our service provides appropriate surface treatments associated with aluminium components including alochroming, anodising and painting (wet or powder). Maycast-Nokes also has the capability to carry out mechanical assembly work.
This one-stop-shop approach means Maycast-Nokes customers are able to source fully-machined and finished castings from a single order. If required, castings can be assembled into complete assemblies or sub-assemblies which can go straight to the production line.

At Maycast-Nokes, we manage the manufacture of the complete part. Wherever possible, we dedicate resources to our in-house facilities to cast, machine, inspect, assemble and finish the part. There are specialist ‘third-party’ resources that we must consider for areas such as MPI, heat treatment of steel and various other services, including prototyping and pattern/tool manufacture.
We strive to provide a complete service as part of our ‘one-stop-shop’ philosophy. This approach enables customers to source fully machined, finished, and assembled castings from a single supplier and purchase order.
Where required, individual castings can be assembled into complete assemblies or sub-assemblies, supplied ready for direct integration into your production line.
