MECHANICAL INSPECTOR / CMM PROGRAMMER / CMM OPERATOR

Maycast-Nokes Precision Engineering Ltd is a company based in Essex supplying high-class precision castings to the Aerospace and Defence market worldwide.

A vacancy exists for a well-qualified and experienced Mechanical Inspector primarily responsible for operating and programming a LK 690 CMM using QCT software.
The Company has ISO9100 and NADCAP accreditations and the Quality Department is expected to work within procedures laid down within these.

The applicant will be expected to:

• operate CMM
• program CMM
• liaise closely with Machine Shop Setters / Operators regarding operator inspection check sheets.
• liaise with customers on quality issues where necessary.
